The village now offers a smaller community feeling, with two village pubs and the old station cafe serving food, a small village shop, chip shop and launderette, which should provide for most of your daily needs. The freshwater reservoirs of Llyn Cefni and Llyn Alaw offer an attractive circular walk and numerous country paths.
