Lighting through-out features a mix of traditional pendants, recessed LED spots, wall-mounted fixtures and recessed LED strip lighting which extends up the stairwell illuminating the wood and carpet runner finish. There is sensor lighting in both the bathroom and master en-suite.

One of the stand-out or ‘stand-on’ items is the glass floor panel in the landing adding to the contemporary feel of this magnificent family home.

Solid concrete floors throughout ensure optimum sound insulation between the living and bedroom space.
The first floor comprises of five large double bedrooms three en-suite and a large family bathroom. The master bedroom features a walk-through wardrobe in to a large en-suite with his and hers sinks.

There is underfloor heating on the ground floor and contemporary radiators on the first floor. All en-suites and the family bathrooms have devimats that provide thermostatic controlled underfloor heating in these spaces. Cat 6 cabling is provided through-out and the house was certified Gold by the newly introduced CommsGrade rating. This verifies that the communications facilities are of the highest standard.
